Bob Neilson
Bob has been passionately advising clients on their home financing strategies since the early 80's. A lot has changed since then, but not the fact that a mortgage is not a one-size-fits-all product, nor should your long term wealth strategy be a cookie-cutter plan. After years as a loan originator working for various banks, Bob became a broker so he could better serve his clients with more options and authentic guidance. He founded Castle Funding in 1989, which has since served 1000+ families all over California. As an LA native, UC Santa Barbara alumni, and longtime Ventura County resident, Bob has deep roots in Southern California. When he isn't working, you can find him mountain biking, surfing the Ventura coast, and attempting to catch fish with his grandsons.
Alyssa Soles
Alyssa found her way to real estate after a decade-long career as a teacher. Her background and skillset as an educator are an asset to her clients, who appreciate how she works to make the mortgage process approachable and relational. She is constantly looking for new ways to simplify and elevate the client experience. Alyssa excells at finding creative ways to help homebuyers navigate affordability issues and adapt to this shifting market. She believes each client is equally important no matter their budget, credit history, or obstacles to financing a home. Alyssa lives with her husband and two young boys in Ventura.
